Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the “website”) and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.

The Contract

All persons wishing to make a booking have carefully read and understand the Terms and Conditions that follow. By making a booking with our Company, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking including minors and person under a disability to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when our Company sends a confirmation email (travel voucher) . It is at this point that a contract between our Company and the Client comes into existence. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between our Company and the Client relating to the subject matter herein, and shall constitute a binding agreement. There is no verbal or written; representation, warranty, prior agreement, or description of services, other than as expressed herein. The service to be provided is/are the tour(s) referred to in the booking confirmation. 


Booking procedure 

In order to book an excursion please click on the “Book Now” icon found on the main menu, and complete the reservation form.  

Please note that in order to proceed with a booking we would kindly ask you to complete this booking form and submit it to us. Your reservation is considered complete once you receive an confirmation voucher via email indicating receipt of the booking. 

We request your credit card information at the time of booking as a guarantee for your service.


Payment procedure

We require your credit card information as guarantee solely to reserve your reservation. We do not charge your card at the time of booking. 

The actual payment is due at the end of the tour/service to the driver, payable in cash (euros) only.

Please note that we do not accept travelers’ cheques or credit card payments. CASH ONLY (EUROS)!

Once you fill out our reservation form and provide your credit card information, you are legally bound to a contract with us.

IMPORTANT: One booking form per service, must be completed.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellation notice must be received by us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service date. If done under these terms, you will not be held financially liable for the scheduled service.

If it is not done in these terms, All Inclusive Private Tours reserves the right to charge your credit card for a "No-Show” or “Late Cancellation” fee, which is the total amount of requested services.

Please Note: We will NOT CHARGE payment to your credit card at the time of booking, but we will keep the information in our database reserving the right to charge your credit card for 100% of the amount of the service in the event of a “NO SHOW” or “LATE CANCELLATION”.

The client must know that we will provide our services despite bad weather.


Important Info

The tour itinerary shown above is conducted by an English speaking driver (up to 8 people) and a licensed guide (up to 19 people) who has been trained to give a tour along the route. They will share their knowledge and passion for the area, they will stop for the best photo opportunities and they will point out the places of interest. Your driver is not allowed by Italian law to guide you around the historical areas, monuments and towns where you stop.

The tour itineraries shown in the description concern ships which arrive at/or before 08:30 and sail at/or after 6:30pm. For ships that sail before 6:30pm, please contact us at the e-mail address: info@allinclusiveprivatetours.com. In this way we can revise the itinerary in order to adjust it to your ships schedule before setting up the tour. We always base the tour itineraries around the ships’ schedules. Our priority is to get you back to the port 1.5/2 hours before ship’s departure time. 

All Inclusive Private Tours company will not be held liable for missed flights/trains/Cruise ships, we will always leave in good time for your flight/ train/ cruise ship departure but we are not liable for traffic jam or other issues not depending on us resulting in a missed flights/trains/cruise ship.

Regarding to the tours starting from Hotel and other meeting points is fixed. The information will be found in the description of the tours.


Complaints

If a Client has got complaints about the Company, the Client must first inform the company at the earliest opportunity to allow the grievance to be rectified before any public display of the matter.
